FACULTY REGISTRATION


PNC has started registration of faculty members of all those institutions which are recognized by the PNC. All institutions are required to send Faculty Registration application Form of each faculty member and list of faculty members on prescribed proforma immediately to the PNC. In future the new faculty members should get registration within 15 days of their joining the concernd Institution. 

 Requisition for Faculty Registration                      

  1. Faculty Registration Form will be filled by the faculty member. (Click here to download Form)
  2. Faculty Registration Form will be certified and signed by the head of institute. Head of Institute must ensure that all information written on form is according to the original documents.
  3. Faculty Registration List will be compiled by the institution and signed by head of institution. (Click here to download List)
  4. A softcopy of Faculty Registration List must be sent to PNC via email attachment to pnc.enrollment@yahoo.com
  5. Faculty Registration List and forms must be sent to the PNC by post with the following requirements:-
    • Pre Registration Fee is Rs. 500 per Faculty Member.  The Fee should be in the shape of Bank Draft in favour of Pakistan Nursing Council, Islamabad, Pakistan payable in any branch in Islamabad.
    • Attested Photocopies of all Nursing Educational Diploma/Degrees/Certificates.
    • Attested Photocopies of Experience/Employment Letters.
    • Attach 02 Fresh Photographs with the application form.
    • Attested Photocopies of CNIC, PNC Registration Card (active) & Domicile

Deadline for Faculty Registration for the Session 2011
 
The deadline for Faculty Registration of faculty members has been set as 15th February 2012 with Normal Fee of Rs. 500/- per faculty member. After the deadline double fee will be charged i.e Rs. 1000/- faculty member till 15th March 2012. No Faculty Registration case will be entertained afterward.   If any institution fails to register his Faculty with PNC, their student will not be allowed to sit in NEB Exam.
